I’m a director-level digital product and delivery leader with deep experience in agencies and product-focused organizations. I design, build, and deliver digital products by aligning people, process, and technology — staying close to teams and execution while creating systems that scale.

• Build and own WordPress and WooCommerce platforms as durable, extensible products
• Step in on complex delivery or client challenges to stabilize outcomes and protect teams
